Terrible.  Terrible.  Absurd.  Individuals would be the words that spring to mind. I normally go to the HWB lower by SMU,  and also have always loved my experience. This location, however is a lot nearer to the house and so i made the decision to give it a try earlier this Sunday. Large mistake. The service itself was under indulging... I received a shellac mani and pedi also it was probably the most awkward service I have ever endured.  To begin, the pedicurest,  stated her title was Christina, stored shedding her tools while focusing on my toes (not really a large deal) but she also made a couple of my cuticles bleed.  I requested the man focusing on my hands if she was new,  he assured me she was very experienced (ya... Right) after cleaning my toes she'd me place my ft into scolding, yes scolding,  warm water. I'd have remaining at this time but was there having a friend.  To begin with,  if  you've ever received a gel pedicure you realize your ft aren't designed to sit in water until following the shellac is used and healed.  (but she's so experienced and so i allow her to do her factor) after dangling my ft over the tub for five minutes awaiting water to awesome lower.  Why she could not just empty it just a little and set cold water in the still a mysterious.  So  my now burnt pink ft are relaxing in the still very tepid to warm water,  I requested if she might make it cooler,  she then checked out my pal and that i quote, stated,  "your friend is large baby"  are you currently kidding me?  My toes were bleeding and today my ft are burnt..... ,  and I am a large baby. After she sloppily and improperly finished my pedi... It had been all smudged but still sticky. Gel should be dry following the light.  I had not  even had the capacity to look at my manicurist however they looked good and so i expected him,  stated the visible mistakes towards the lady at checkout who stated "oh ya that's bad"  but offered no solution....  I'd made the decision a at this time I'd give this location another try to request for somebody more knowledgeable,  I'd heard such good stuff and lined up my bad experience towards the horrid pedicurest.  Whether it has  been five days...  And my manicure is peeling and chipping.  Shellac is certain to last a minimum of 2 days,  my  normally lasts 3,  so neither my manicure or pedicure were applied right and that i essentially wasted  100 Dollars, and so i might have my ft butchered,  get insulted,  and get a rude,  rushed,  and sub componen manicure.  I figured about returning and demanding they fix their workers total insufficient dignified or quality work. however , at this time I  rather never get a pedi again than step feet for the reason that building they call a nail salon.  Exactly what a joke
