HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Roughly, 2 days ago, I went late one Saturday evening. I had been excited any nail place could be open so late, since i live minutes away in Lakewood. I joined the salon also it was busy, and so i was told to register and wait. I anxiously waited and anxiously waited and anxiously waited. I arrived wanting a complete group of almond formed nails, but as the clock ticked, I made the decision I had been drained of your time. Meanwhile, I viewed worker after worker leave the salon, stating how tired these were. FINALLY, the final customer left and that i was handed to some youthful lady that was adamant I didn't desire a full set. She "highly suggested" gel and knowing she was all set to go home, went together with the suggestion. I am not easily swayed, but gel is okay and that i would return to my regular salon next time in my almond formed nails. No problem really, but was delay knowing her true motives. Client satisfaction and repair was this is not on her mind, only departing to satisfy her cousin when i later found-out after her many personal mobile phone calls.
Well, the nail tech appeared enjoyable and chatty. I wasn't within the mood to speak, but simply allow her to keep on. Rather than an easy and cordial backwards and forwards, I had been held prisoner by my nails, needing to pay attention to her personal telephone calls and discuss her new boyfriend that's...you know what? A physician!!! Yes, a physician that met her parents the very first time, blah, blah, blah, however they only have dated two times and she's a vegetarian and appears just like a model, approximately people let her know. There I had been, trapped needing to pay attention to this nonsense. I attempted to become polite however it went so on. I recieve it, she's youthful and never so vibrant, but does she think clients/other people are curious about her personal dating drama and nutritional needs? I can not speak for those, however i sure wasn't!
Seriously, Hawaiian Nail Bar people, I do not go to cover something, in order to hear a staff talk. Among the finest to become given respect and courtesy and possibly obtain a some service.
I won't return for this place again.
