Place looked clean and neat, service was ok, but there have been major problems throughout my visit. Mike labored 2 hrs looking to get my gel manicure right, however i lost persistence and left. He am sweet and determined to have it right. I'd a gift certificate from Greenville location and was relayed through tech they'd go. Manager explained tech did not understand what she (tech was speaking about inside a mean way ) . Manager seemed to be very critical of Mike's damaged British because he was trying to talk with me. A lady got burned by paraffin wax on her behalf arm and also the manager am unapologetic and indifferent; I won't ever visit again. The manager may be the problem!
